Canadian comedy team Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice are childhood friends who will stop at nothing to sell their script (which is about a mob boss who checks into a hospital and is accidentally given a sex-change operation). This outrageous documentary tracks their progress as they attend the 1996 Toronto Festival to hawk their wares, thus accosting and annoying a long list of stars and directors in the process. After humorous and embarrassing run-ins with Al Pacino, Matt Dillon, Roger Ebert, Eric Stoltz, and others, the Hotz and Rice travel to Hollywood to play with the big boys, only to find that they are very out of their element.
