Comedy Central has teamed up with South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker, as well as two Canadian prodcos, for 10 new episodes of the reality/comedy series Kenny vs Spenny. Blueprint Entertainment and Breakthrough Films will produce the series in association with Showcase in Canada, with Stone and Parker taking exec production credits. As part of the deal, Comedy Central will also acquire 10 existing episodes from the Kenny vs Spenny library. Kenny vs Spenny is a reality/comedy series that pits childhood friends against each other in ridiculous competitions, with the loser forced to perform a humiliating stunt of the winner's choosing. Challenges include Who Can Stay Naked the Longest?, Who Can Sell More Bibles?, Who Can Last the Longest Without Arms? and Who Do Gay Guys Like More? The series is set to premiere on Comedy Central on November 14. South Park creators Stone and Parker explained: "When we first saw Kenny vs Spenny we thought it was really funny. And the fact that they are Canadian somehow makes it even funnier. Truthfully, the show isn't just funny, it's the most accurate examination of male friendships that we've ever seen."
